Mary Da Rosa Psychotherapy

Welcome to my profile

I work with people who come to therapy because they feel something in their lives has become too difficult to cope with, or those that want to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Therapy is an opportunity for healing as well as personal growth.

I provide a safe space without judgement, to talk and share your experiences. I encourage you to go at your own pace and explore only what is comfortable. My clinical training is Psychodynamic but my approach is tailored to meet your own individual needs. I am intuitive and compassionate, this enables me to form trusting and connected relationship with my clients.

It takes courage to come to therapy working with clients is a privilege. I hope this step towards therapy will be as transformational in your life as it has been in mine.

The Sessions

We will have an initial consultation to assess the suitability of my services. This session will involve a brief review of historical facts and will provide us an opportunity to agree a way forward.

If we both agree to work together, I will issue a contract which outlines the terms and ethical codes that I adhere to in line with the BACP Guidelines.

The sessions will take place once a week for 50 minutes and each session costs £65. The initial consultation is £45.
